HARTFORD, Connecticut, April 12 -- Gov. Ned Lamont, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release on April 11, 2023:
Governor Ned Lamont and Transportation Commissioner Garrett Eucalitto today announced that the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is starting construction on a project that will reconfigure the Route 17 on-ramp that leads to Route 9 northbound in Middletown in an effort to increase safety for drivers and pedestrians and improve traffic mobility.
