NEW YORK, April 11 (TNSrep) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics - New York-New Jersey Regional Information Office issued a report on April 10, 2023, entitled "Alternative Measures of Labor Underutilization in New York - 2022":
