WASHINGTON, April 10 -- The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee issued the following testimony by Katheryn Emery, director of the Division of Water and Waste Management at West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, involving a hearing on March 15, 2023, entitled "Implementing IIJA: Perspectives on The Drinking Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Act."
