Tina Kotek issued the following statement in response to the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. U.S. Food and Drug Administration ruling. The ruling stems from a lawsuit filed last November by anti-abortion groups in Texas. It aims to block use of Mifepristone, one of two medications used for abortion care and to treat miscarriages, in the United States.
