OMAHA, Nebraska, April 7 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska, Steven A. Russell, issued the following news release on April 5, 2023:
United States Attorney Steven A. Russell announced that Dustin Charles Vogel, 36, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for his participation in a methamphetamine drug conspiracy. United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Vogel to 140 months' imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. Af . . .
