WASHINGTON, April 7 -- Rep. Jake LaTurner, R-Kansas, issued the following news release on April 6, 2023:

Congressman Jake LaTurner (R-KS) joined Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Tim Scott (R-SC) to reintroduce the Health Savings Act. This legislationwould simplify and expand Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). These healthcare accounts provide Americans with opportunities to save for medical costs through tax-deductible contributions.
