BISMARCK, North Dakota, April 4 (TNSper) -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news on April 3, 2023:
Gov. Doug Burgum today announced he has appointed Curtis Biller of Fargo and reappointed Timothy Mihalick of Minot to four-year terms on the North Dakota Board of Higher Education.
