CONCORD, New Hampshire, April 1 -- The New Hampshire State Senate issued the following news release:
The New Hampshire Senate today gave its unanimous approval to a constitutional amendment protecting New Hampshire's First in the Nation Primary. Senator Daryl Abbas (R-Salem) issued the following statement:
