Attorney General Drew H. Wrigley announced that U.S. District Judge Daniel Traynor in Bismarck yesterday ordered the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to resume conducting quarterly oil and gas lease sales in North Dakota that had been illegally cancelled by BLM.
