U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration has awarded a $1 million planning grant to the state of Ohio to develop a proposal to participate in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Medicaid demonstration program.
