U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09), the longtime congressman from the Ninth District and a lifelong Patersonian, today commented on the announcement by New Jersey Attorney Matthew Platkin that his office would takeover the Paterson Police Department.
