Reps. Smith, Porter Introduce Bipartisan Legislation to Empower Seniors

WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release on March 24, 2023:

Reps. Adrian Smith (R-NE) and Katie Porter (D-CA) reintroduced the bipartisan Homecare for Seniors Act. The Homecare for Seniors Act would allow seniors to utilize Health Savings Account (HSAs) for homecare services including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, continence, and medication adherence.
