WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Rep. Robert E. Latta, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on March 24, 2023:
Through a bipartisan vote, the House Energy and Commerce Committee approved the HALT Fentanyl Act - legislation led by Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH5) and Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA9) - to address the permanent scheduling of fentanyl analogues. It will now head to the House floor for a vote.
