Ohio U.S. Attorney: Grand Jury Indicts 3 Local Men for Fentanyl, Firearms Crimes Within 1,000 Feet of Public Elementary Schools

DAYTON, Ohio, March 24 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, Kenneth L. Parker, issued the following news release:

A federal grand jury has charged area men in two separate cases involving drugs sold near elementary schools in Springfield and Vandalia.

Robert Holmes, 39, and Jamel Williams, 37, both of Springfield, are charged together in one indictment with conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl and 500 grams . . .
