WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Rep. Kweisi Mfume, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on March 23, 2023:

U.S. Congressman Kweisi Mfume, Senators Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen and Congressmen Steny H.
