WASHINGTON, March 23 -- The House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials issued the following written testimony by Bill Caram, executive director of the Pipeline Safety Trust, involving a hearing on March 8, 2023, entitled "Pipeline Safety: Reviewing Implementation of the PIPES Act of 2020 and Examining Future Safety Needs."
