BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania, March 17 (TNSper) -- Northampton Community College issued the following news:
On March 16, the Bethlehem campus Arthur L. Scott Spartan Center was filled with nearly 600 people, all gathered to commemorate the inauguration of David A. Ruth, Ph.D., as the fifth president of Northampton Community College (NCC). Dr. Ruth assumed the presidency July 2022, having served with distinction as the college's vice president and chief of staff since 2016.
