U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) recently joined with a bipartisan group of colleagues to reintroduce the Major Richard Star Act- legislation led by U.S. Senators Jon Tester (D-Mont.) and Mike Crapo (R-Idaho)--to provide combat-injured veterans with less than 20 years of military service their full benefits.
