WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Miller (R-WV) co-sponsored the Continuing Robust and Uninhibited Drilling and Exporting (CRUDE) Act which was introduced by Congressman Jodey Arrington (R-TX) in the House of Representatives. This bill will revise the authority of the President to impose restrictions on the export of crude oil from the United States.
