WASHINGTON, March 14 -- Rep. Burgess Owens, R-Utah, issued the following news release:
Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) co-sponsored the Hydrogen Permitting Simplification Act to streamline the hydrogen permitting process for federal hydrogen programs if the programs utilize zero-carbon emission sources.
