The Prince George's County Board of Education has approved a $2.8 billion budget request for fiscal year 2024, focusing on investments in educational and operational improvements for Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) through transformation, equity and innovation. It represents an approximate 4.8% increase over the 2023 budget of $2.7 billion.
