WASHINGTON, March 11 -- The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies issued the following testimony by Abigail Echo-Hawk, executive vice president of the Seattle Indian Health Board, involving a hearing on March 8, 2023, entitled "American Indian and Alaska Native Public Witness Day 1."
