U.S. Congressman Rick W. Allen (GA-12) voted to pass H.J. Res. 27, legislation he co-introduced that would nullify a Biden administration rule which significantly expands the federal government's authority to regulate what is considered a "navigable water" by redefining the term "Waters of the United States" (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act of 1972.
