WASHINGTON, March 10 -- Rep. Rick Allen, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Congressman Rick W. Allen (GA-12) voted to pass H.R. 5, the Parents Bill of Rights Act, out of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce.
The Parents Bill of Rights Act would amend several existing laws to improve transparency and accountability within the public school system by guaranteeing:
