WASHINGTON, March 10 -- Rep. Larry Bucshon, R-Indiana, issued the following news release:
The Securing America's Critical Minerals Supply Act, introduced by Representative Larry Bucshon, M.D. (R-Ind.-08), advanced out of the Energy and Commerce Committee. This legislation would broaden the definition of a 'critical energy resource' to help the Department of Energy properly assess our nation's energy supply, identify resources that are critical to our economy, locate vulnerabilities . . .
