WESTERVILLE, Ohio, March 10 (TNSgov) -- The National Ground Water Association posted the following news release:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a Notice of Intent on February 22 to delete three sites and partially delete eight other sites from the National Priorities List (NPL) while also requesting public comments on these proposed actions.
The NPL is an appendix of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP).
