MEMPHIS, Tennessee, March 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, Kevin G. Ritz, issued the following news release:
Paul Seib, age 46 and a Canadian citizen, was convicted of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute 5 kilograms of cocaine after a four-day federal jury trial.
