WASHINGTON, March 8 -- Rep. Nancy Mace, R-South Carolina, issued the following news release on March 7, 2023:
Rep. Nancy Mace and MadeleineDean, with Senators Rand Paul and Cory Booker, introduced the Breakthrough Therapies Act, which looks to update the Controlled Substances Act and improve access to potentially lifesaving treatments for patients with mental health conditions.
