WASHINGTON, March 8 -- The House Veterans' Affairs Committee issued the following written testimony by Paralyzed Veterans of America National President Charles Brown involving a joint hearing with the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee on March 1, 2023, entitled "Legislative Presentation of the American Legion and Multi VSOs."
