RALEIGH, North Carolina, March 7 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release on March 6, 2023:

Attorney General Josh Stein today asked a court to order TikTok to fully comply with his ongoing investigation into whether the company violated consumer protection laws. Attorney General Stein and a bipartisan group of attorneys general are investigating TikTok for providing and promoting its social media platform to children and young adults.
