U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $409,000 from NeighborWorks America (NeighborWorks) to support the Homeownership Center in Elkins, W.Va. and CommunityWorks in West Virginia, Inc. in Charleston, W.Va.
