WASHINGTON, March 4 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following dissent on March 2, 2023, by Commissioner James Danly on a decision (Dockets No. ER22-379-003, et al.) involving Southwest Power Pool Inc.:
