JOSEPH, Oregon, March 3 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Wallowa-Whitman National Forest - issued the following news release:

The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest is pleased to announce an open comment period for the Morgan Nesbit Forest Resiliency Project, within the Wallowa Valley Ranger District Area and Hells Canyon National Recreation Area.
