U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) spoke on the Senate Floor on the national debt crisis and the urgent need for the Biden Administration to release its federal budget, which was due to Congress on February 6th.
"In 2013, federal spending was less than $3.5 trillion. Today, it's more than $6.2 trillion. In ten short years, that's an 80% increase," Senator Manchi . . .
