WASHINGTON, March 1 -- Rep. Kathy Manning, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Feb. 28, 2023:
Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06) joined a bipartisan coalition of Members of Congress in reintroducing the Richard L. Trumka Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, legislation to protect the basic right for American workers to join a union.
