Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that Shelby County will receive a $185,967 Assistance to Firefighters grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to enhance its response capabilities and to more effectively protect the health and safety of the public and emergency response personnel from fire and other related hazards.
