WASHINGTON, March 1 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $35,169,000 to upgrade water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure across West Virginia.
