U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, today announced an additional $190.7 million in funding from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Lower Mud River flood control project in Milton, W.Va.
