CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, Feb. 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee issued the following news release:
On February 27, 2023, David Michael Apps, 50 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, pleaded guilty to an information charging him with wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1343. Apps is scheduled to be sentenced on July 27, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable Charles E. Atchley, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennes . . .
