MILLIGAN, Tennessee, Feb. 28 (TNSres) -- Milligan College issued the following news release:
On the Tennessee State Board of Education's annual report card, Milligan University emerged as one of the highest performing educator preparation programs in the state. Milligan's Initial Teacher Licensure program met or exceeded expectations in each of the various areas assessed, and Milligan attained a 100% pass rate on the pedagogical Praxis exam.
