BOSTON, Massachusetts, Feb. 25 -- Gov. Maura Healey, D-Massachusetts, issued the following news release on Feb. 24, 2023:
Governor Maura T. Healey today announced that she will sign an Executive Order establishing the Governor's Advisory Council on Black Empowerment and appoint more than 30 Black leaders from across the state to serve on it.
