WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- Sen. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sens. Mark R. Warner and Tim Kaine announced $2,950,000 in federal funding to reconnect communities by improving transportation infrastructure in Norfolk and Richmond.
