WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner James Danly on a decision (Dockets No. CP16-10-010, CP19-477-002, CP21-57-002) involving Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC:
