WASHINGTON, Feb. 22 -- Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development announced a $160,000 matching grant award to Carroll Township, Ottawa County from the USDA Rural Development Agency.
