ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Feb. 17 -- Alaska Attorney General Treg R. Taylor issued the following news release:

The State of Alaska filed a complaint yesterday against the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) asking a U.S. District Court to vacate the critical habitat designations for ringed and bearded seals.
