WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 -- Sen. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release and letter:
Senators Ted Budd (R-NC) and John Kennedy (R-LA) led a coalition letter to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) demanding answers from the Biden administration about its "zero tolerance" policy for federal firearms licenses (FFLs).
