WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded a $286,684 grant to the University of Cincinnati for research on distinguishing signals through radio fingerprinting - a process to identify different radio frequency transmitters like cell phones.
