TCEQ Approves Fines Totaling $263,602

AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 9 -- The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued the following news release:

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $197,328 against 11 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.

Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: two air quality, one multi-media, two municipal wastewater discharges, one petroleum storage tank, and three public water systems. . . .
