WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Georgia, issued the following news release on Feb. 8, 2023:

Yesterday, U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff hosted Georgia pecan grower Marianne Brown as his honored guest for the State of the Union Address.

Brown serves as an Executive Board Member of the National Pecan Federation and Treasurer of the Georgia Pecan Growers Association.

Sen. Ossoff has been a strong advocate for Georgia farmers and Georgia's pecan growers.
