CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Feb. 9 -- The West Virginia Legislature issued the following news release on Feb. 8, 2023:
Today the Senate met to consider meaningful tax relief for West Virginians.
The Senate plan would result in an immediate 15 percent personal income tax cut, plus rebates for personal vehicle taxes, small business equipment and inventory taxes, and homestead property taxes for service-disabled veterans. In out years, a 105 percent improvement of sales tax . . .
